How Women Shop

December 13, 2009

Although this isn’t my standard cup of tea, living with a wife and three daughters has, over the years, given me room for pause on occasion, with regard to this very subject

I recall going Christmas shopping with my youngest daughter a number of years back… personally, I get all my shopping done early… I hate the crowds.  Anyway, we pull into the parking lot of the mall.  The place is packed, and I’m already tense, you know.  Anyway, I park the truck, look over to my daughter who is 9 years old, mind you, and I say, “OK, Mags, where are we going to go, and what are we going to get?

She looks at me with those beautiful blue eyes, a look of disbelief on her face, and slowly shaking her head says, “You really don’t understand shopping, do you Dad?”

I guess not.  Apparently, according to this article, there’s a scientific basis for it.  Read on and enjoy.

Shopping styles of men and women all down to evolution, claim scientists – Telegraph.
